Bakir obtained a bachelor of laws with honours from the University of Baghdad, Iraq. Bakir is an accomplished legal consultant who specializes in real estate finance, construction and development, and commercial and residential leasing. Bakir is frequently called upon to advise on complex, and often multi-jurisdictional, matters.
Bakir has also completed the Arab Certified Intellectual Practitioner Program administered by the Arab Society for Intellectual Property and WIPO.
